i like these sort of goals. Short term. manageable. No new years, bound to fail, type stretching out before you in 12 months of guilt.
So Kate's link this week is about goals. April. My goodness, where has the year gone already.
1. Running
more appropriately called jogging. I try and run 5K (ish) every school day morning that im not working a night shift. That would be pure madness. But i do really love doing it even if sometimes my body doesnt share that enthusiasm.
2. Being on top of the homework
At one of our kids parents evening's last week after waxing lyrical about how lovely said child is and how she is doing well. The teacher then said 'we don't get any feeback from you on the reading cards you know' Oops. Must.do.better.
3. Do something about neighbours garden
That probably seems odd, as if you saw my garden you would know for sure i should be focusing on my own but our neighbour's garden is a bit 'jungle' like as he doesnt care for gardening in the slightest and every spring the brambles awaken and start to make a play for our lawn too. Well this year we are armed with weed killer than would take down a sycamour and we are going to use it!
4. Sort out a meeting of NW parent bloggers in Manchester.
If you are parent blogger and you are fancy catching up then leave me a comment or contact me on twitter @apartyofseven. Most of us that are catching up are going to Britmumslive.
5. Book a hair appointment as the grey hairs are back and having a paaartay.
Thats my list, whats yours? Link in with Kate and go and show some love to some others.
I can totally relate to number five! Obviously grey is very cool as all my hair wants to join in! Good luck with the running... I think if you can make it a regular thing it gets easier.

That's quite a list! The guy I bought this house from wasn't one for gardening- it was like crawling through the Amazon to get in my front door! Luckily the trees have been chopped down and I'm now trying to do it up in a child friendly but pretty but not too tempting for vandals type way ;)

Haha, I just got my grey roots seen to last weekend too ! Even the Greek Godzilla had noticed them :) Our neighbours garden fence is collapsing into ours - we have spoken to her about it but she got really cross. We even offered to pay for it but that made her even crosser. Will be interested to know how you get on... x
